In the course of exploring the statutes and ordinances, I came across a section which said written comments would become part of the record. This is a slightly expanded upon version of what I submitted for the record: Inhabitants of the Municipality given a voice but excluded from power  Title 30-A:Part 2:Subpart 6-AChapter 187 §4324 of the Maine Revised Statutes2. . Jame's Brown's dancing is in the moment contrasting with the planned choreography of the backup dancers in their uniform suits. We all want to feel the joy of movement felt by the man who wears his own clothes. The video has an interesting political message. The board was assigned the role of leading the legislature in creating a new form og government, by and for public private relationships. The newly formed board proposed to change by statutory law, the municipal public referendums which seven years earlier had been added to the Maine Constitution as Section 2 of the Home Rule Amendment.
