Obama's War On Business and the Impeachment Process

As I watch the daily news these days  I feel like the Obama administration feels it now has a mandate to charge full force ahead in its War On Business- or private enterprise- which is the more accurate terminology to use for the phrase "capitalism" coined by that infamous proponent of state capitalism- Karl Marx. The idea that reality can be transformed though a linguistic structure of perception is a popular method of the far left, as popular as using "social benefit programs" to sell themselves as the people's friend, when in fact those programs are being used to rob the public of their independence in exchange for the same sort of "property maintenance" that a slave owner needs to implement in order to maintain the value of his property.

So as Obama's War on Business proceeds we see business closing and laying off people to try to dodge the rapid fire assault that is being aimed right at them. Since the mysterious authors of the "too big to read"  ObamaCare legislation have decided that a thirty hour work week is full time employment, making businesses subject to the heaviest artillery fire in the administrations arsenal, if they offer employees greater than thirty hours a week, businesses are responding by laying people off and reducing work hours to under thirty hours per week.

During the years leading up to this all out war on private enterprise, I have heard many times over  from one individual or another telling of how wonderful it is in Europe that they have such a short work week. The fact that Europe is over burdened with debt and on the verge of bankruptcy is lost on the clueless who only see as far as "Isn't it wonderful that people in Europe do not have to work very hard !" I witnessed couple of liberals on the news who were advocating for a $20.00 an hour minimum wage. I wanted to ask them what they think the cost of a Big Mac should be.

If the Obama administration isn't stopped though the impeachment and conviction process which this administration has earned many times over by any normal standards. I believe they will have completed the mission destroying the "evil USA" in a year. Now that Obama has reportedly been handed the power to do so by a an either suicidal or shamelessly ignorant electorate, he will escalate his destructive mission. If we do not fight this enemy within, using the tools provided to us by our constitution, we are the worst generation ever in this country and comparable to the generation that embraced Adolph Hitler for much the same reasons- "social programs" sold as being for the"social benefit"

The Republican's "War on Women" was a big fat lie manufactured by our newly minted Ministry of Dis-Information" but Obama's War On Business is the real thing.

It is popular to say that our dear leader will never be impeached , based on the thin air theory of facts, and then to advocate secession or revolution as if that is not advocating the very chaos that the Progressives have been working toward for decades, but if you look at the facts of how the impeachment process proceeds, it is in the hands of the House, decided by the judiciary committee, which includes quite a few names recognizable for their active pursuit of the truth in Benghazi and Fast and Furious. A simple majority vote is all that it takes to impeach, with the Republicans having the majority in the House. The President of the Senate is in charge of conducting the trial, which would at first be the Vice President who implicated himself in the Benghazi cover up during the debates and has likely implicated himself in other ways as well. If the Vice President is included in the impeachment process, then the Senate trial is conducted by the most Senior member of the Senate, who is Daniel K. Inouye,(D) a war veteran and war hero who was on the Watergate committee and the Chairman of Iran Contra committees.

So that is wherein our hopes now shine, I myself must always follow that beacon of light that shines hope on the world. I agree with all the dismal forecasts of what will happen to the world if the light is darkened- but do not agree that it is the inevitable course in which this country is headed. The administration has stonewalled the Fast and Furious Investigation, and some Democrats, led by Harry Reed  are trying to stop an independent (Watergate style) investigation into Benghazi, but I believe that the far left can only forestall the constitutional process from preceding but not prevent it. and I am encouraged to see the whistle blowers on this administration that are emerging as the incredible charges on which this administration can be impeached just keep on multiplying. It's already far worse than Watergate, which had no body count. How far does it have to unravel before the general public gets over their misconceptions that this administration cannot be impeached? How many more murders in which the actions of this administration are implicated before the balloon of public mesmerization of this president and his gang is popped?

Why are social impact investors trying so hard to defeat smaller shelters for the homeless?

"Social Impact” developers in Portland, Maine seek to squelch a referendum for smaller shelters called for by qualified practitioners with concrete experience in the field. A large sign says Vote C to support the Homeless, small handmade sign next to it says Untrue! That sign is paid for by developers who want / Photo by Jess Falero In   the 1970s under Governor Longley , Maine became a centrally managed economy that expanded Maine’s wealth gap and merged, almost seamlessly, the public and private and the non-profit and for-profit economic sectors into one mutually beneficial wealth-concentration & distribution system. Currently, mutually benefitting factions are coming together once again in hopes of building a mega-shelter for the homeless in a Portland, Maine industrial development district. In addition to beds for the homeless, the project will include, dining, and locker facilities, as well as offices and an attached health clinic. The promotion  describes the facility

The Lepage Plan- Filled with Inconsistencies

Tweet This http://goo.gl/dp9zpP In recent weeks we have been hearing that LePage wants to eliminate the income tax. My initial response was I'll believe it when I see it . During his tenure, LePage has agressively advanced corporate welfare, which our legislature and administration justify via the means of an income tax on labor. The state of Maine, being in fact today the corporation of Maine, and run in the interests of profit would not be able to justify the massive tax payer give-a-ways to capitalists without claimimg such a policy is profitable because it produces a high end labor tax base which brings in the revenue. So when LePage floats the concept that he wants to eliminate the income tax, I say that even if that were actually Lepage's intent it is highly improbable that it can ever happen without first deconstructing the corporate state and its ever expanding corporate welfare system. To start with expanding the instances in which sales tax will be collected is e

The Maine Capital Corporation-Seeds of Fundamental Transformation

The capital stock was issued on August 7, 1980, to 6 individuals, 6 corporations, and 19 banks. THE MAINE CAPITAL CORPORATION Report of a Study by the JOINT STANDING COMMITTEE ON TAXATION  This blog is the opinion of a layperson and citizen of Maine. In the year 1976,  under the leadership of Governor Longley's board , the Maine constitutional government was replaced with a centrally managed government based on public-private relationships. Longley's special board was composed, of the heads of Maine's largest and most powerful industries. The board produced a report identifying two objectives. One objective was to eliminate the municipal referendum on economic development bonds authorized by  the Home Rule amendment to the Maine constitution in 1969. The other objective, identified in  The Governor's Task Force for Economic Redevelopment, Recommended Legislation for an Economic Development Program -110th Congress  was ,  pursuant to  the Maine Constitutio
